1. Function Description

The ultrasonic deviation Sensor is suitable for detecting any material, except materials that can transmit sound waves (such as non-porous textiles).

The main advantage of the ultrasonic deviation Sensor is that it can detect transparent materials, making frequent material change operations simple.

4mA  when the strip blocks 75% of the Sensor

20mA  when the strip does not block 25% of the Sensor

12mA  when the strip does not block 50% of the Sensor

3. Wiring

Red wire: 24VDC+   Black wire: 24VDC-

Blue wire: mAOut +   Yellow wire: mAOut -

(Voltage 0-10V output: blue wire V +    yellow wire V –)

 4. Calibration Method

K1 key: 20mA calibration   K2 key: 12mA calibration   K3 key: 4mA calibration

20mA calibration: cover 25% of the Sensor with material, press and hold the K1 key for 3~5 seconds, release the key to complete the calibration.

12mA calibration: cover 50% of the Sensor with material, press and hold the K2 key for 3~5 seconds, release the key to complete the calibration.

4mA calibration: cover 75% of the Sensor with material, press and hold the K3 key for 3~5 seconds, release the key to complete the calibration.
