Saike-type Ultrasonic Level Meter, ultrasonic water level meter, ultrasonic level meter can measure liquid height without contact, providing real-time liquid level data for industrial automated operation.

This instrument incorporates multiple patented technologies, featuring safety, cleanliness, stability, reliability, and easy installation and maintenance. It is suitable for environments with acid, alkali, salt, and corrosion-resistant requirements, and is applied in petrochemical, municipal engineering, water conservancy and hydrology, environmental protection, food and other industries for measuring the height of water or other liquids.

2. Product Advantages

●  With a guided menu, operation can be completed according to the guide menu even without the manual.
●  With a sound velocity calibration function, it can measure correctly inside tanks where the sound velocity is different from air.

5. Precautions

1. When this instrument is used outdoors, it is best to install a sunshade or a protective box to prevent the LCD screen from aging due to sunlight exposure over time.
If used in an environment with corrosive gas, a corrosion-resistant outer cover should be installed, and the instrument's outer shell and wiring terminals should be tightened.
When used in places with corrosive gas or liquid, or at the seaside or at sea, a corrosion-resistant type should be selected.

2. For wire and cable protection conduits, pay attention to sealing to prevent water accumulation and to prevent gnawing by rodents such as rats.

3. Although the instrument itself has lightning protection devices, when used in lightning-prone areas, it is recommended to install a dedicated lightning protection device at the instrument's wiring terminals.

4. When the instrument is used in extremely hot or cold places, that is, when the ambient temperature may exceed the instrument's operating temperature range, it is recommended to install high- and low-temperature protection devices around the level meter.

5. The ultrasonic transducer should be perpendicular to the measured liquid surface. No other obstacles are allowed within the conical range of the ultrasonic emission.

6. If used at temperatures below -20℃ or above +60℃, please contact our technical service department in advance.

7. If the operating environment contains dust, steam, or mist, or if the liquid surface has foam or floating debris, or if the liquid is agitated or has waves, please contact our technical service department in advance, as special consideration is required.
6. Parameters required for selection      

1. The type of medium to be measured: liquid or solid.
If liquid: whether the liquid surface has steam, mist, foam, waves, agitation, or floating debris;
If solid: whether there is dust.

2. Minimum～maximum temperature of the medium, minimum～maximum pressure.

3. The corrosiveness of the medium. If placed in a tank, the tank material and whether it has a corrosion-resistant lining need to be known.

4. Whether explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant are required.

5. The measuring range in meters, and the required blind zone.

6. Working environment: e.g., open pools, covered pools, horizontal tanks, vertical tanks, spherical tanks, and whether the tank is at atmospheric pressure, etc.

7. Operating Voltage: 24VDC or 220VAC.

8. Output Signal: 4～20mA current.

9. Device form: integrated type.
