Wood board bulge detection sensor is used for wooden panel defect inspection. It is not limited by the vibration, material, color, or transparency of the inspected object, overcoming the disadvantages of photoelectric, mechanical, and other similar products. Each sensor pair can measure independently without a master controller. The sensor identifies defects in wooden boards by detecting differences in ultrasonic penetration through the board. With an IP66 protection rating, it is rainproof (not suitable for immersion in liquid) and features strong electromagnetic interference immunity, filtering out approximately 60%–77% of EMI from both the power supply and the air.
