1. Introduction

The ultrasonic sludge level meter, ultrasonic sludge interface meter, and ultrasonic sludge-water interface meter are designed for long-term reliable operation in industrial and municipal fields. The Sensor can operate when immersed 5-10cm in water. It uses ultrasonic emission and echo analysis of suspended solids in water to determine the height of the sludge layer. It is applied in water plants, sewage treatment plants, coal washing plants, power plants, and mining sites.

4. Application Scope

The ultrasonic sludge level meter, ultrasonic sludge interface meter, and ultrasonic sludge-water interface meter are designed for long-term reliable operation in industrial and municipal fields. 5. Installation Instructions

VI. Parameters Required for Selection

1. The type of medium to be measured, liquid or solid. If liquid: whether the liquid surface has vapor, mist, foam, waves, agitation, or floating matter; if solid: whether there is dust.

2. Medium minimum to maximum temperature, minimum to maximum pressure.

3. Corrosiveness of the medium. If placed in a tank, need to know the tank material and whether there is a corrosion-resistant liner.

4. Whether explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant are required.

5. Measuring range in meters, and required blind zone.

6. Working environment: e.g., open tank, covered tank, horizontal tank, vertical tank, spherical tank, whether the tank is at atmospheric pressure, etc.

7. Operating Voltage: 24VDC or 220VAC .

8. Output Signal: 4～20mA current, 485 communication output, or relay output.
