Fuzhou Dayu Ultrasonic Double-Sheet Sensor Installed on Komori Printing Press
Ultrasonic double-sheet sensor is used to distinguish whether the paper passing through is a single sheet or multiple sheets, thereby telling the printing press whether to continue printing or stop processing the paper. Recently, in the retrofit of a Komori printing press, all Japanese-made ultrasonic double-sheet sensors were replaced. The press runs at a paper feed rate of 12,000–15,000 sheets per minute.

The Komori printing press originally came equipped with an ultrasonic double-sheet sensor, but over time it developed a fault. When the original manufacturer was contacted this time, they said it had been discontinued. The customer then found Fuzhou Dayu Electronics, and after on-site production verification, it was proven fully capable of handling paper measurement under heavy-duty printing conditions.
