Ultrasonic Sludge Level Meter for Measuring Sludge Height in Grit Chambers [Dayu Electronics]
1. At the site of grit chambers and secondary clarifier sludge scraper equipment, an ultrasonic sludge level meter is used to measure the height of sludge. The sludge level meter is also known as an ultrasonic sludge interface meter or ultrasonic sludge-water interface meter. The sensor's transmitting surface can operate when immersed just 2 cm in water. It uses ultrasonic emission and analysis of echoes from suspended solids in the water to determine the sludge layer height.

2. Product features:
A. Equipped with an intelligent echo curve, which allows you to determine from the echo curve whether obstacles are detected, whether there is electromagnetic interference, and whether multiple echoes are present.
B. The menu can be freely switched between Chinese and English, making it accessible to both domestic and international operators.
C. Features a guided menu that allows operation without a manual.

D. Includes sound speed calibration capability for accurate measurement in tanks where the sound speed differs from clear water.
E. Offers a wide measurement range, with corresponding products covering distances from 5 meters to 70 meters.

3. Applicable in various working conditions, such as water plants, wastewater treatment plants, coal washing plants, power plants, mining sites, and more.
