Dayu Ultrasonic Sensor Mounted on Both Sides of Mine Car Tracks to Detect Arrival Signal

　　1. Mine car conditions: rail-mounted, maximum speed 2 m/s, no Wi-Fi network, double doors, car length 10 m, width 1 m, detection distance 3 m, double doors, so sensors are installed on both left and right doors.

　　2. Requirements for the automatic door opening sensor for mine cars: output ON when a car is detected, output OFF when no car is detected.

　　Sensor installation position: the exact part of the car body to be detected is not determined; as long as the door opens when the car arrives and closes when the car leaves, it is sufficient.

　　Solution Description:

　　1. Ultrasonic sensors are fixed on both sides of the mine car tracks to detect the arrival signal; when the car arrives, the signal is ON, and the ON signal is transmitted to the wireless transmitter unit, which then broadcasts the received signal.

　　2. The wireless receiver unit installed inside the mine car receives the ON/OFF signals from the ultrasonic sensors and outputs the received ON/OFF signals as switching signals to control the opening and closing of the doors.
