1. Time: September 20, 2019
2. Location: Xichang City, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province
3. Products Used: Ultrasonic open channel flowmeter without weir/flume (GPRS wireless transmission type) + solar power supply system

Project overview: This project is a monitoring project for the diversion (water level, flow) of farmland irrigation branch channels of the Anning River in Xichang City, Liangshan Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It aims to achieve early prevention of summer flood disasters and balanced management of farmland irrigation water use, enabling better and more timely flood control work and ecological water environment balance management. Real-time water level and flow monitoring is conducted on 29 channels around the Anning River in Xichang City, Liangshan Prefecture, allowing the actual water level and flow data from the field channels to be transmitted to the backend server for review by relevant local departments, enabling more timely response to relevant tasks.

Product Selection: Based on the on-site inspection and the owner's requirements, this project selected the ultrasonic open channel flowmeter without weir/flume (GPRS wireless transmission type) manufactured by Fuzhou Dayu Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. to perform on-site front-end data measurement and transmission (through the backend server sub-account opened by Fuzhou Dayu Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. for the owner, allowing remote login via mobile phone or computer to view real-time water level, instantaneous flow, and cumulative flow data).

Power Supply: Since no usable power source was available on site, a solar power supply system was selected to provide 12V DC power to the ultrasonic open channel flowmeter without weir/flume (GPRS wireless transmission type).
