Issues Encountered with Split Ultrasonic Open Channel Flowmeter [Dayu Electronics]

Site situation: At a water treatment plant in Sichuan, the installedultrasonic open channel flowmeter showed a difference of 120 cubic meters between inflow and outflow readings overnight (9 hours), which was less than before, ultimately leading to inaccurate flow statistics. Our company resolved the issue for the customer through remote debugging guidance.
Technical guidance identified the following issues:
1. The waveform diagram showed weak signals at the site.
2. There was no gasket under the probe, causing some resonance.
Problem resolution:
Set the probe type to 4 and change the short gate limit to 100.
After remote adjustment guidance, the issue was resolved.
