Discussing Medical Transducer Solutions with Customer [Dayu Electronics]

　　Using 500K in air, measuring a distance of about 80mm high, to predict liquid level in advance. Accuracy requirement is around 1mm, what is the magnitude of the voltage returned from distance, and what does the noise look like? Subsequent processing will mainly target this.

　　The customer requires the transducer to be hollow, that is, a ring-shaped ceramic piece with a hollow center. The equipment can only accommodate a hollow one, making the transducer very small. The inner diameter of the test tube is only 8mm, the transducer's outer diameter is 10, inner diameter 5.4, and the material is PZT-5.

　　The needle needs to draw solution from the test tube, and obtain the liquid level before drawing. They want to make a liquid level detection transducer at the red area. The external signal processing circuit will be done by the customer.
