1. What are the advantages of a level gauge designed with Dayu transducers compared to common ultrasonic level gauges on the market?
Since the customer's circuit and software are not designed by us, only the ultrasonic transducer is ours.
I can only discuss the differences between our ultrasonic transducers and those of other ultrasonic level gauge manufacturers.

1.1 Physically sealed transducers
Our transducers with G2 threads and M48×2 threads can be made physically sealed. Just like a glass, the bottom is integral. This ensures that even with long-term use, weak acids, weak alkalis, and corrosive substances cannot enter the housing, greatly extending the transducer's lifespan.
ABB, a Fortune 500 company, uses our transducers for the ultrasonic level gauges it sells in China. They require a lifespan of more than 5 years.
1.2 IP68 protection rating
The current transducers used in ultrasonic level gauges all achieve IP68 protection. The test standard is IP68 at a water depth of 10 meters.
1.3 Small frequency deviation of transducers
For example, for 40KHz ultrasonic level gauge transducers, a single production run of 1000 units has a frequency deviation within the range of 40KHz ± 2KHz.
2. What aspects of ultrasonic level gauges do customers mainly focus on?
From a short-term perspective, it's hard to say. Customers care about too many things. From a long-term usage perspective, customers care about:
2.1 Stability
The ultrasonic level gauge needs to be stable over the long term. Ideally, after installation, it should be as if it weren't there. After 3 to 4 years, just replace it.
2.2 The debugging menu should be simple and easy to understand
On-site installation personnel are often installation workers or electricians. They are not familiar with instruments, so the menu needs to be simple and intuitive.
2.3 The manufacturer must be very familiar with on-site working conditions
Once installed, if the measurement is inaccurate or unstable, the manufacturer should be able to identify the cause and resolve the problem after 1-2 hours of communication with the customer.
