Installation Requirements for Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flowmeter [Dayu Electronics]
Scenarios unsuitable for installing clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeters:
1. Pipe material: carbon steel, DN900, urban river water supply and drainage pump rooms, valve pipelines.
2. Reason for not being able to install: In the pipeline shown in the on-site diagram, there is no straight pipe section available for installation, and the pipe near the valve is conical and not straight.

Installation requirements for clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter:
1. Full pipe: Choose an installation point where the fluid flows vertically upward, choose an installation point where the fluid flows diagonally upward, or choose the lowest point in the piping system.
2. Stable flow: The standard requirements for stable flow conditions must be met: 1) The pipe should be away from pump outlets and partially open valves, with 10D upstream and 5D downstream (D is the outer pipe diameter); 2) The distance from pump outlets and partially open valves should be 30D.

Dayu Electronics' products mainly fall into four categories: industrial control instruments, industrial sensors, marine equipment, and ultrasonic transducers. Application scenarios include: ultrasonic distance measurement, monitoring of water level/flow velocity/flow rate/mud level/water depth, and underwater communication/positioning/obstacle avoidance.
