Integrated Ultrasonic Level Meter Measurement Case in a Pesticide Plant [Dayu Electronics]
Ultrasonic level meters are used in pharmaceutical plants, pesticide and fertilizer enterprises. Due to the complex on-site environment, customers often select the wrong model, leading to inaccurate measurements and various signal interference errors. After on-site inspection and model adjustment, we perfectly solved the liquid level measurement issue for the customer.
How to use a tank-type ultrasonic level meter to measure the level of corrosive liquids.

The Dayu Electronics integrated ultrasonic level meter is a non-contact instrument that does not come into contact with the liquid material, resulting in a low daily failure rate. The instrument offers multiple installation methods; please contact our senior customer service for installation solutions. The integrated ultrasonic level meter combines the instrument head and transducer in one unit. It is widely used for level and volume measurement in tanks, pools, and reservoirs.

This concentrated hydrochloric acid level is highly corrosive, and standard products do not meet the anti-corrosion standards. Previously, the measuring instruments were corroded shortly after use or malfunctioned. However, real-time monitoring of the liquid level in the horizontal tank was necessary to control production trends. If the level measurement was inaccurate, it would affect production operations. After communication, we proposed using our tank-type ultrasonic level meter with a corrosion-resistant housing.

Some time has passed since then, and this tank-type ultrasonic level meter has performed better than previous ones in both installation and measurement. The measurement data has remained accurate, and the probe has not shown signs of corrosion as it did before.
