Dayu Integrated Ultrasonic Level Meter Applied in Waterworks to Measure Liquid Level Height
Integrated ultrasonic level meter is applied in a waterworks in Xingning City, Meizhou City, Guangdong Province to measure liquid level height. The customer initially used a level meter with a 5-meter range to measure a 1.5-meter tank and added a DN100 guide pipe, resulting in an excessively strong signal. After replacing with a probe of 1.5-meter range and reducing the signal strength slightly, the device worked normally.

Integrated ultrasonic level meters are widely used for level and volume measurement in tanks, pools, and reservoirs, as well as for flow measurement in open channels. In practical applications, many interfaces are inaccessible, such as environments where the measurement equipment is subject to corrosion (acids, alkalis), contamination (sewers), or where adhesive substances (binders) may accumulate on the device. Since the measurement technology of integrated ultrasonic level meters is based on the non-contact ultrasonic principle, it is suitable for measuring liquid and bulk material levels that cannot be physically accessed.
