Explosion-Proof Ultrasonic Level Meter for Distilleries

Shandong Jingzhi Liquor Co., Ltd. is a national backbone enterprise in the brewing industry, a large-scale brewing enterprise in Shandong Province, one of China's Top 50 Baijiu producers, and a major Chinese producer of sesame-flavor Baijiu.
      When they launched their blending plant, they built more than 90 storage tanks to store base liquor and the blended Yipin Jingzhi liquor. To monitor the liquid level in the storage tanks, they compared equipment offered by several suppliers, including hydrostatic level meters, magnetic flap level gauges, and RF admittance level meters. They ultimately chose our explosion-proof ultrasonic level meter for three reasons: first, it provides non-contact measurement and never touches the base liquor; second, its measurement is unaffected by changes in the concentration or density of the base liquor; and third, its overall operating and maintenance costs are lower. After more than two years of operation, the meters have fully met the original design requirements.
