Explosion-Proof Ultrasonic Level Meter for Distilleries

Shandong Jingzhi Liquor Industry Co., Ltd. is a national key liquor production enterprise, a major liquor producer in Shandong Province, one of China's top 50 baijiu producers, and a leading manufacturer of sesame-flavored baijiu in China.
      When they set up their blending facility, they built more than 90 storage tanks to hold raw liquor and blended Yipin Jingzhi liquor. To monitor the liquid level in these tanks, they compared equipment from several suppliers, including hydrostatic level meters, magnetic flap level meters, and RF admittance level meters. Our explosion-proof ultrasonic level meter was ultimately chosen because, first, it uses non-contact measurement and does not come into contact with the raw liquor; second, its measurements are not affected by changes in the concentration or density of the raw liquor; and third, its overall installation and maintenance costs are lower. After more than two years of use, it has met the original design requirements.
