Dayu Electronics Training: Ultrasonic Externally-Mounted Level Switch Applications and New Product Introduction

This training session was led by Engineer Shen from the Technical Department, who explained the applications of the ultrasonic externally-mounted level switch and introduced new products to relevant personnel.
Measurement principle of the ultrasonic single-channel externally-mounted level switch:
The level switch uses the ultrasonic through-beam method for measurement: one sensor transmits, and another sensor receives. By evaluating the strength of the received ultrasonic signal, the presence of liquid between the two sensors is determined.
Features of the ultrasonic single-channel externally-mounted level switch:
? Fast response: The time interval between each pulse train is approximately 15 ms, and each pulse train interval is treated as one cycle for making a judgment.
? Wide input voltage: 10.8 VDC to 26.4 VDC
? Switch status indicator: red LED
? Power indicator: yellow LED
? Ingress protection rating: IP65
Applications of the ultrasonic single-channel externally-mounted level switch:
? Applications: Liquid level monitoring in containers made of plastic, steel, stainless steel, glass, and other dense, non-foaming materials.
? Container diameter: 5 cm to 35 cm
? Container wall thickness: 1 mm to 4 mm
