Integrated Level Gauge Applied to Water Level and Flow Monitoring in Farmland Irrigation Channels
Integrated level gauge was used for water level and flow monitoring in farmland irrigation channels in Xining, Qinghai Province. Earlier, the customer had ordered 7.2V power supply equipment, but due to high power consumption, the customer often had to go to the site to maintain and replace batteries.

This visit to Xining was to replace the 3.6V mainboard and low-power RTU equipment. Due to weather conditions, the equipment was tested at the customer's home before being brought directly to the site for replacement.

1. Strong volatile liquids can cause inaccurate measurements. Examples include gasoline, toluene, xylene, acetone, and other highly volatile liquids.
2. Agitation or surface fluctuations can cause measurement data to fluctuate and be unstable.
3. Obstacles in the ultrasonic emission range other than the liquid surface can cause measurement data to jump.
4. Excessive foam on the liquid surface can absorb part of the ultrasonic signal and reflect part elsewhere, leaving the probe with no signal or a weak signal.
5. Steam condensing on the probe surface can block part of the transmitted signal and part of the reflected signal, resulting in weak or no signal reception.
