Dayu Open Channel Flow Meter Used in Industrial Wastewater Tank to Measure Sewage Discharge

The ultrasonic open channel flow meter is applied to an industrial wastewater tank to measure sewage discharge. A customer from Fuqing reported that the cumulative flow was not increasing and the backend display was abnormal.

After Dayu technicians arrived at the site, they found that the instrument was measuring normally with a good signal, but the cumulative flow was not increasing. After performing a system reset and resetting the parameters, it returned to normal. When checking the backend, the cumulative flow data was still abnormal, and it was found to be a mismatch in the backend communication protocol. After resetting the register matching protocol, the issue of the ultrasonic open channel flow meter cumulative flow not accumulating was ultimately resolved.
