Meizhou Island Uses Dayu Electronics Ultrasonic Doppler Flowmeter

A company on Meizhou Island uses Dayu Electronics' ultrasonic Doppler flowmeter to monitor the water level and flow in a sewer pipe. The customer reported that after a period of use, the data read zero and could not be uploaded.

Dayu Electronics technicians arrived at the installation site and found that sludge and debris in the sewer had covered the probe, which is why the data read zero. In this case, simply clear the debris in front of the probe and reinstall the probe in the reverse direction.

If the meter is to be used in environments like sewers, it is recommended to install the Doppler flow velocity probe in the reverse direction to prevent debris from directly covering the sensor and affecting measurements. Then adjust the parameters on the configuration board, and the data will return to normal and can be uploaded.
