Huang Liqing, currently the R&D Manager of Fuzhou Dayu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. She is a post-80s generation. She joined the company in November 2008. After 14 years of honing her skills, she rose from her initial position as a software engineer to her current role as R&D Manager. She also serves as the Party Branch Secretary of Fuzhou Dayu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., initiated the Dayu Sunshine Public Welfare Course, formed a team of lecturers, and provided free tutoring to employees' children.

During her tenure, she has been responsible for the development of new products, technical maintenance of regular products, and development of new features for customized products. She has led her team to develop more than 20 new products, 2 invention patents, 5 design patents, 11 software copyrights, and 23 utility model patents. In 2022, her R&D team was honored with the Fuzhou 'Workers (May Day) Pioneer' award.

Now, she has long shed the naivety of youth and is the mother of two children. On one hand, she has to face the challenges of the workplace; on the other hand, she has to take care of her children and family with meticulous attention. She bears the dual pressures of work and family, constantly balancing the two. She is the most beautiful and striving female worker among Dayu Electronics' working mothers.

There are many such outstanding 'mothers' in the company. Currently, women account for 60% of the company's employees, and among them, 90% have children. In management positions, 53% are women with children. The development and progress of Dayu Electronics owe much to their indelible contributions. Wang Yaping, at the age of 39, through unremitting efforts, was selected for the Shenzhou-13 mission crew to carry out the 'half-year space mission.' On April 16, 2022, when Wang Yaping returned from 'picking stars,' she immediately gave the 'star' to her daughter, fulfilling her promise to her daughter. The moment of their embrace was deeply moving. Wang Yaping is not only a resilient female astronaut but also a mother.
