Solution: First, rectify the power supply voltage to restore it to a normal state. For two-wire instruments, the voltage measured at the instrument's wiring terminals must be > DC 20V; for four-wire instruments powered by DC 24V, the voltage measured at the wiring terminals must be > DC 21V; for four-wire instruments powered by AC 220V, the voltage measured at the wiring terminals must be > AC 190V.
