Dayu ElectronicsUltrasonic Level Meter After installation, the device must be truly and independently grounded, and should not share a common ground with electrical cabinets or instrument enclosures.

In particular, the wiring between the sensor and the main unit must not be routed in the same cable tray or conduit as 220VAC or 380VAC power lines. Keep at least 50 cm of separation from 220VAC power cables, and at least 100 cm from 380VAC power cables.

If on-site installation cannot avoid sharing a cable tray or conduit with AC power lines, then the cable between the sensor and the main unit must be enclosed in a metal conduit for shielding. Ensure that the section near the AC power lines is entirely inside the metal conduit, and the metal conduit itself must be reliably grounded.
