Dayu Electronic Ultrasonic Sludge Level Meter

Dayu ElectronicsUltrasonic Sludge Level Meter is a professional contact-type instrument for measuring the thickness of underwater sludge. It offers high reliability and is easy to install and maintain—simply immerse the sensor 3–10 cm into the water and it is ready to work. It determines the sludge layer height by emitting ultrasonic waves and analyzing the echoes from suspended solids in the water.

The Dayu Electronic ultrasonic sludge level meter is available in standard measuring ranges of 5 m and 10 m. Special ranges of 15 m, 20 m, and 30 m can also be custom-made to meet specific user requirements.

The probe features an IP68 fully sealed physical enclosure, providing corrosion resistance, durability, and complete waterproof protection, ensuring highly stable performance. Different probe options are available to suit water with varying turbidity levels. A built-in temperature compensation device, along with temperature indication and sound velocity correction modes, makes measurements more accurate and reliable.
