Dayu Electronics Ultrasonic Sludge Level Meter Used at Power Plant in Linyi, Shanxi Province

A customer in Linyi, Shanxi used Dayu Electronics ultrasonic sludge level meter and reported that the measurement value sometimes reached -30 meters.

On February 23, 2019, Dayu Electronics technical personnel arrived at the installation site and found that the customer was confused about the reference zero point and the blind zone, which led to an incorrect setting of the reference zero point value. Additionally, the bottom of the measured tank was conical.

Solution: An isolation power transformer was installed, and the data became stable. The instrument response rate was set to slow, and the customer was informed that if the sludge level is low and the conical slope is exposed, measurement accuracy may be affected.
