Application Scope of Dayu Electronic Ultrasonic Level Meter
Dayu ElectronicsUltrasonic level meter application scope includes the following:
1. Objects with fixed shapes - such as cylindrical tanks, bottles, human bodies, moving carts, etc. The reflection efficiency is secondary, so installation requirements are relatively high. For the same distance, a greater ranging capability is required. Widely applied.
2. Granular or lump materials - such as minerals, particles or lump coal, coke, plastic pellets, etc. Due to diffuse reflection and irregular emitting surfaces, the received echoes are minimal, resulting in the lowest echo efficiency. The transducer has the highest requirement for measuring distance capability.
3. Flat surfaces - such as liquids, or moving flat surfaces that can be steel plates, plastics, paper products, wood products, glass products, etc. With good vertical installation, the emission efficiency is the highest - meaning the largest number of echoes is received. The most widely applied.
4. Due to the exceptionally strong sound-absorbing capacity of volatile gases or dust from the following substances, they generally cannot be applied. For example: fuming sulfuric acid, nitric acid, cement or lime in storage tanks, liquid surfaces with large amounts of foam, etc. Also, when the temperature reaching the transducer exceeds 60°C or the pressure in the storage tank is ≥0.4 MPa, it cannot be applied. (If applied to storage tanks with temperature and pressure, this must be specified when placing the order.)
5. If you apply the instrument to measure levels of highly corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid, non-fuming sulfuric acid, and other strongly corrosive materials, please choose a corrosion-resistant level meter. Whether the model selection is appropriate plays a key role in subsequent performance. Here we only provide general selection guidelines for reference.
