The installation requirements for the Dayu Electronics handheld ultrasonic open channel flow meter mainly include the following points:
1. The circular ultrasonic transducer at the front of the probe must not be subjected to impact or scratches.
2. Since the guide air cable contains an air tube inside, it must not be bent excessively to prevent it from breaking; never use the guide air cable as a rope for the current meter, and do not tow the Doppler flow meter with the guide air cable.
3. Avoid exposing the instrument probe to direct sunlight for prolonged periods to prevent malfunctions caused by excessive heat.
4. When using the acoustic Doppler flow meter in areas with high sediment concentration, the silt on the ultrasonic transducer and pressure sensor should be cleaned regularly to prevent the silt from clogging the pressure sensor.
