Fuqing Southeast Electrochemical Co., Ltd. Uses Dayu Ultrasonic Level Meter

Fuqing Southeast Electrochemical Co., Ltd. uses the Dayu ultrasonic level meter. The customer reported that after using the instrument for a period of time, it would momentarily jump to a negative value and return to normal after 10 seconds.

Dayu Electronics technical personnel arrived at the installation site of the ultrasonic level meter and found that the instrument's range was set to 10 meters, but the actual usage was at most 3 meters. The range mismatch caused the echo signal to be too strong, leading to detection of secondary echoes, which resulted in negative values. The Dayu Electronics technical personnel reduced the probe signal strength and changed the algorithm selection to Special Environment 2, and the instrument returned to normal operation.
