The blind zone of the ultrasonic level meter varies depending on the range. A smaller range results in a smaller blind zone, while a larger range results in a larger blind zone. Generally, it is between 30cm and 50cm. Therefore, the blind zone must always be taken into consideration when installing an ultrasonic level meter. In special applications where a very small blind zone is required, a small blind zone ultrasonic level meter can be considered, with a typical blind zone of only 4-6cm. However, its range is very small, only 0.6m. In many level measurement fields, due to space constraints and installation limitations, an ultrasonic level meter with a very small blind zone is needed.
