Applications and Types of Dayu Electronic Ultrasonic Level Meters
Dayu Electronic ultrasonic level meter is a non-contact, highly reliable, cost-effective level measurement instrument that is easy to install and maintain. The product is widely used in many industries such as petroleum, mining, power plants, chemical plants, water treatment plants, hydrological monitoring, and environmental monitoring.
Ultrasonic level meters can be classified into standard ultrasonic level meters and corrosion-resistant ultrasonic level meters according to the application environment. The transducer of the standard ultrasonic level meter is made of PC, which can be applied to most non-strongly corrosive environments. The transducer of the corrosion-resistant ultrasonic level meter is made of PTFE, which can be applied to strongly corrosive industrial environments, such as measuring sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, etc.
Ultrasonic level meters can be classified into integral type and split type according to the structural form. The integral ultrasonic level meter features the instrument display head and transducer as one complete unit. This integral ultrasonic level meter has a high protection rating and strong anti-interference capability, enabling it to adapt to most industrial environments. The split ultrasonic level meter features the instrument display head and transducer installed separately, with the display head and transducer connected by wires. The split ultrasonic level meter is suitable for complex environments where maintenance and commissioning are inconvenient, and the bus communication and switching output functions on the display head can be used for transmission and remote control.
