Features of the Four-Wire Ultrasonic Level Meter
Dayu Electronics four-wire ultrasonic level meter is a non-contact level measurement instrument controlled by a microprocessor, which is easy to install and maintain.
It mainly operates using a four-wire output mode. That is, when powered by AC 220V or DC 24V, the power supply circuit must be completely isolated from the signal output circuit, and a four-core cable is used. The four-wire ultrasonic level meter consists of three parts: the ultrasonic transducer, the processing unit, and the output unit. During measurement, ultrasonic pulses are emitted by the sensor (transducer). The sound waves are reflected by the liquid surface and then received by the transducer, which converts them into electrical signals. The distance from the transducer to the measured liquid is calculated based on the time between the emission and reception of the sound waves.
