Dayu Electronics ultrasonic Doppler flowmeter is mainly used for flow measurement. The customer reported that the Doppler flowmeter malfunctioned, displaying no water level and no flow velocity.
On April 18, 2020, Dayu Electronics technical personnel arrived at the Doppler flowmeter installation site in Liangping District, Chongqing City, to resolve the issue for the customer.

The Dayu Electronics technical personnel connected the instrument to a computer on site for testing and found that both the water level value and the flow velocity value were 0. The instrument had to be replaced, and after replacement, the data returned to normal.
