Installation Method of Dayu Electronic Sludge Level Meter Sensor

Dayu ElectronicsUltrasonic sludge level meter, also known as acoustic sludge interface meter, is designed for long-term reliable operation in industrial and municipal applications. The sensor can operate when immersed 5-10 cm into water, using acoustic emission and analysis of echoes from suspended solids in water to determine the sludge layer thickness.

　　1. During installation, check for obstacles within the minimum radius. If none, focus on the sensor's installation requirements. When selecting the sensor installation position, keep the sensor perpendicular to the sludge surface and the bottom of the tank.

　　2. For measuring sludge level, sludge interface, and sediment interface, use fixed brackets.

　　3. The probe should be installed away from gas bubbles and active floating solids caused by sudden flow velocity changes, to ensure accurate and stable measurement.

　　4. The sensor probe should be completely submerged in water. If the tank wall is vertical and the surface is flat, determine the distance from the tank wall according to the table below.
