Installation Precautions for Dayu Electronic Ultrasonic Level Meters

Dayu Electronic ultrasonic level meter installation precautions:

1. Wall clearance: Install the device as close to the center of the channel (tank, weir or flume) as possible. Choose a position where there are no obstacles within the radiation radius below the probe. If centering is truly not possible, choose the side with a smooth inner wall (the closer to the wall, the larger the blind zone will be).

2. The probe must not come into direct contact with the bracket or metal flange. Place an O-ring above and below the bracket, and do not overtighten the nut.

3. Keep the reflecting surface as smooth as possible. If there is a slight amount of foam on the reflecting surface, increase the measuring range of the instrument.

4. In the presence of corrosive gases, specify this in advance and use a probe made of corrosion-resistant materials.

5. In environments with slight dust, increase the measuring range of the instrument (if light cannot penetrate through, the device cannot be used).

6. In non-sealed environments with slight steam, increase the measuring range of the instrument as well (if water droplets condensing on the probe surface cannot dissipate, the device cannot be used).
