Correct Wiring of Dayu Electronic Ultrasonic Level Gauge Probe Cable
Customers of Fuzhou Dayu Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. sometimes find that the distance between the host and the probe is too long at the ultrasonic level gauge installation site, so they extend the probe cable themselves. Alternatively, if the on-site probe cable is only one or two meters long, customers may cut it short for easier conduit routing. So what is the correct wiring method for the ultrasonic level gauge probe cable?
Correct wiring for the ultrasonic level gauge probe cable: Connect the black wire, yellow wire, and the shield copper wire (3 wires together) to the second terminal from the right on the instrument, and connect the red and blue wires normally. The extension cable must be a 3-core or 4-core shielded cable. After extension, the signal becomes weaker, so the extension should not be too long.
