Classification of Fuzhou Dayu Electronic Ultrasonic Level Meters
Ultrasonic level meter is a non-contact, high-reliability, cost-effective liquid level measuring instrument that is easy to install and maintain.
1. Dayu Electronic ultrasonic level meters are divided into two types based on structure: integrated and split.
The integrated ultrasonic level meter is suitable for the following situations:
① Sites that require on-site viewing without the need for manual climbing, such as ground-level water pools or underground tanks.
② Equipment that does not require on-site viewing but only needs to transmit 4-20mA or 485 signals.
③ When the above two conditions are met, the measured medium must not be strongly corrosive.
Ultrasonic level meter split type is suitable for the following situations:
① Equipment such as tanks or silos that require manual climbing for observation; the sensor of the ultrasonic level meter is placed on top of the tank, while the main unit is placed below for easy manual viewing.
② Although manual climbing is not required, the measurement point is not suitable for personnel to access, or it is in a hazardous environment.
③ When the measured medium is strongly corrosive, even if a corrosion-resistant integrated ultrasonic level meter is used, the probe can resist medium corrosion, but the corrosive vapors from the medium may evaporate and penetrate into the transmitter part, causing circuit corrosion.
2. Based on corrosion resistance, they are divided into corrosion-resistant and non-corrosion-resistant types. The corrosion-resistant probe is typically made of PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) or PVDF.
3. Based on explosion-proof requirements, they are divided into explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof types. The explosion-proof type is further subdivided into intrinsic safety explosion-proof and flameproof.
4. Based on the measured medium, they are divided into ultrasonic liquid level meters and ultrasonic material level meters. Liquid level meters measure liquids, while material level meters measure solids.
