Dayu Electronics Engineer Chen Uses Fire Hoses for Short-Range Acoustic Data Communication Testing of Underwater Communication Equipment
Dayu Electronics has its own R&D team. With a commitment to excellence, every product developed and manufactured undergoes strict quality checks at every stage, followed by testing and improvement by the technical department, before finally reaching the market and customers. Good products stand the test of time.
Engineer Chen from the Technical Department used fire hoses to conduct short-range acoustic data communication tests.
Test Equipment:
Underwater communication equipment

Test Environment:
Fire hoses inside and outside the company

Test Plan:
1. Transmit point:
On the fire pipeline next to the fish pond outside the company

Length from transmit point to the right-angle parking curve: 8.66m
2. Receive point 1:

The total length from receive point to transmit point is 42m, with 4 right-angle turns. The test results show a low bit error rate, essentially meeting communication requirements, as shown below:

3. Receive point 2:

Receive point 2 is located on the second-floor rest platform inside the company, near the elevator side. The distance from this point to the transmit point is approximately 62m, with 7 or more right-angle turns. The test results show a high bit error rate, exceeding 50%.

Test Conclusion:
1. With 4 right-angle turns, the receive data bit error rate is low, meeting communication requirements.
2. With 7 right-angle turns, the receive data bit error rate exceeds 50%, indicating poor communication performance.
