Tips for Maintaining an Integrated Explosion-Proof Ultrasonic Level Meter
Ultrasonic level meter is a digital level instrument controlled by a microprocessor. During measurement, ultrasonic pulses are emitted by the sensor, and the sound waves are reflected off the liquid surface and received by the sensor. They are then converted into electrical signals by piezoelectric crystals or magnetostrictive devices. The distance from the sensor to the measured liquid surface is calculated based on the time between sending and receiving the sound waves.

1. Check whether the instrument's thermal insulation and heat tracing are functioning properly.
2. Check whether the instrument's power supply wiring is normal.
3. Inspect the appearance: ensure fasteners are not loose, parts are intact and complete, and the entire unit is clean and free of corrosion.
