Ultrasonic Sludge Level Meter, Also Known as Ultrasonic Sludge-Water Interface Meter or Ultrasonic Sludge Interface Meter
Ultrasonic Sludge Level Meter, also known as Ultrasonic Sludge-Water Interface Meter or Ultrasonic Sludge Interface Meter, is an instrument that uses ultrasonic measurement technology. It measures the distance from the probe to the sludge surface via sound waves, and then calculates the sludge level height by subtracting this distance from the known total depth. The sludge-water interface meter optimizes sludge discharge control and chemical dosing control, prevents effluent deterioration, avoids sludge denitrification and decomposition, and improves process control. Ultrasonic sludge level meters are widely used in industries such as water supply, wastewater treatment, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking, agricultural irrigation, domestic water, and mining.
