Ultrasonic Level Difference Meter, Also Known as Ultrasonic Water Level Difference Meter or Ultrasonic Material Level Difference Meter
The ultrasonic level difference meter (ultrasonic water level difference meter, ultrasonic material level difference meter) is used to measure the height difference between the liquid levels or material levels of two different containers. The most common application is at the inlet of wastewater treatment plants, where it measures the water level difference before and after the coarse screen and fine screen, calculates the height difference, and uses this to activate the raking-type trash remover to remove debris.
The ultrasonic level difference meter consists of two transducers, which are installed directly above the medium being measured. It features automatic power adjustment, gain control, and temperature compensation. This ultrasonic level difference meter also has an echo interference suppression function, effectively improving the accuracy of measurement results.
