Ultrasonic Proximity Switch Sensor User Manual
Working Principle of Ultrasonic Proximity Switch Sensor
Ultrasonic proximity switch sensors detect objects based on the ultrasonic ranging principle. The ultrasonic signal is emitted by the ultrasonic probe, reflected back by a liquid or solid medium, and received by the same probe (self-transmitting and self-receiving). The time difference between transmission and reception is measured to achieve level measurement.
After reflection, the signal returns and is received by the same probe (self-transmitting and self-receiving). The time difference between transmission and reception is measured to achieve level measurement.

Ultrasonic proximity switch sensor application environments
Human presence detection:
Fuzhou Dayu Electronics ultrasonic proximity switch sensors can be used in public places such as restrooms, hallways, and corridors to monitor foot traffic or whether public facilities are occupied.

Advantages:
Non-contact measurement, equipped with relay alarm functionality, 485 output for long-distance transmission, and immune to color, smoke, and other factors.
