Split-Type Ultrasonic Single/Double Sheet Detection Sensor Manual
Ultrasonic Single/Double Sheet Detection SensorProduct Description
The single/double sheet detection sensor using ultrasonic technology is mainly used to monitor multi-layer paper as well as plastic and metal films, in order to identify two or more sheets that are unintentionally stuck together. Each layer is compared with stored reference values and is correspondingly indicated as single-layer or double-layer, and the stored values can be manually corrected. It is mainly used for single-sheet pass and double-sheet alarm functions in single/double sheet detection, and is not limited by the vibration, material, or color of the object being inspected. Ultrasonic sensors are widely used in industries such as papermaking, stamping, and instant noodle packet feeding machines.

The single/double sheet detection sensor using ultrasonic technology, with its specially developed ultrasonic transducer and original electronic circuit, can be applied to precise detection of double-sheet overlap in a wide range of material thicknesses, transparent films, thin metal sheets, and more. This ultrasonic system is incomparable to photoelectric double-sheet detectors because it does not depend on the color of the material.
Ultrasonic single/double sheet detection sensor Compared to traditional mechanical or optical single/double sheet controls, it does not require setup to adapt to various sheet materials; methods such as adjusting potentiometers or probes are redundant.
