Another midsummer has arrived, but this year's summer has been more turbulent and unsettling than in previous years. The pandemic that broke out at the beginning of the year, sweeping across the country and even the globe, has brought hardship to countless families and left countless enterprises teetering on the brink. Many factories and shops have been forced to close their doors. The epidemic has not yet been eradicated, and the economy remains sluggish, with industries in decline—a sight that stirs deep concern.

　　Although Dayu was not immune to the challenges, we were fortunate to have a wise leader and employees who stood together through the difficulties. The sudden outbreak caught everyone off guard, and the delayed resumption of work after the Lunar New Year left our staff feeling lost. In their anxiety and confusion, the company leadership promptly sent reassuring messages, advising us to follow government regulations, stay at home, and protect ourselves through self-isolation. Before work resumed, they went to great lengths to procure scarce protective supplies for the health and well-being of employees. After operations resumed, under their direct command, all preventive measures were implemented in a timely manner. For employees who were unable to return to work on time due to quarantine, the company provided guaranteed wage subsidies.

All these actions reflect the responsibility and social commitment of the business owners. In the dark and stormy night, a guiding light filled employees with profound emotion. The calamity did not defeat the people of Dayu; instead, Dayu, united and resilient, survived and quickly regained its vitality. We are grateful to live in such a country, and we are also thankful to the company leadership for their meticulous care.
