Product Introduction:
Split-type ultrasonic level gauge and ultrasonic level transmitter, with the sensor and main unit separated, are more suitable for installation on storage tanks, silos, and brackets. They are a low-cost measurement device for measuring liquids, slurries, and solids in industrial settings, widely used in water treatment, municipal engineering, chemical, metallurgical, and machinery manufacturing industries.
The GPRS wireless ultrasonic level meter (for measuring material level and liquid level) is a non-contact, highly reliable, cost-effective, and easy-to-install and maintain level measurement instrument. It can meet most level measurement requirements without contacting the medium, and is mainly used in situations where wiring is limited or not available.

Note: This series of ultrasonic probes can also be customized according to customer requirements: high-pressure resistant, high-temperature resistant, small diameter, small blind zone, and other special specifications.
2. Conditions Required for Use
1. The mobile phone signal of China Mobile or China Unicom at the site must be good. Data transmission uses the data plan of a China Mobile or China Unicom SIM card. China Telecom SIM cards are currently not supported.
2. The on-site measurement conditions must meet the requirements for ultrasonic level gauge measurement.
3. The installation must comply with the measurement conditions of the ultrasonic level gauge.
4. The main unit of the GPRS wireless ultrasonic level meter must have adequate sun protection and rain protection measures.
5. The cable between the sensor and the main unit must be protected to prevent wear or damage.

5. Parameters Required for Selection
1. The type of medium to be measured: liquid or solid.
If liquid: Is there steam, mist, foam, waves, agitation, or floating debris on the liquid surface?
If solid: Is there dust?
2. The minimum to maximum temperature and minimum to maximum pressure of the medium.
3. The corrosiveness of the medium. If it is inside a tank, the tank material and whether it has an anti-corrosion lining need to be known.
4. Whether explosion-proof or anti-corrosion is required.
5. The measuring range in meters and the required blind zone.
6. Working environment: e.g., open pool, covered pool, horizontal tank, vertical tank, spherical tank, and whether the tank is open to atmospheric pressure.
7. Operating voltage: 24V DC or 220V AC.
8. Output signal: 4-20mA current.
9. Device form: Integrated type
