Integrated Ultrasonic Level Meter Installed at Wuxi Zhengmao Chemical

Wuxi Zhengmao Chemical has multiple process tanks during production. Previously, production control relied on manual observation, which continued for several years. With the automation upgrade of the factory, level meters have been adopted on some process tanks for measurement.

Because the liquid in the tanks has low volatility and is stirred, the Dayu Xizi integrated corrosion-resistant ultrasonic level meter was selected for measurement.

Using the corrosion-resistant ultrasonic level meter allows non-contact measurement, which is suitable for process tanks with low accuracy requirements.
