Jin'an District Federation of Trade Unions Party Secretary Pan Da and His Team Visit Dayu Electronics for Research and Guidance
On July 15, Pan Da, Party Secretary of the Jin'an District Federation of Trade Unions, led a research team to Fuzhou Dayu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. for a visit and survey. Company Chairman Shangguan Mingyu received the team warmly and accompanied them throughout the visit.
The research team first toured the company's product showroom. Chairman Shangguan Mingyu provided a detailed introduction to core products such as ultrasonic level meters, Doppler flow meters, and underwater obstacle avoidance sensors, as well as their wide applications in marine, industrial control, water conservancy, and environmental protection fields.
In front of the honors and qualifications display wall, the research team paused to examine the exhibits, expressing high appreciation for Dayu Electronics' fruitful achievements in years of dedicated technological research and its steadily rising influence in the industry.
Subsequently, the research team visited the "Dayu Employee Home". This is an important base for the company's trade union to serve employees, where various cultural and sports activities, skills training, and holiday care are regularly organized, also providing a place for employees to rest during work breaks.
Since its establishment, the Employee Home has played an active role in enriching employees' after-hours life, enhancing team cohesion, and fostering a sense of belonging. The research team fully affirmed Dayu Electronics' solid efforts in employee care and trade union development.
After the tour, Chairman Shangguan Mingyu held a discussion with the research team, sharing practical insights on talent cultivation and maintaining a stable workforce, and expressing gratitude for the long-standing care and support from the Jin'an District Federation of Trade Unions.
