Facing High-Temperature Flue Gas Wind Speed Measurement Challenges? Dayu Electronics Provides Core Hardware Support
In flue gas flow monitoring for industries such as chemical, power, and metallurgy, high-temperature environments have always been a core challenge for stable equipment operation. Recently, many customers have consulted us about whether we offer high-temperature-resistant flue gas wind speed measurement transducers and matching circuits.
In response, Dayu Electronics provides a clear and reliable solution: we offer flue gas flow meter transducers that can withstand temperatures up to 120°C, along with compatible R&D-grade circuit development boards to help you efficiently build and debug your flue gas flow monitoring system.

For long-term high-temperature conditions inside flue ducts, our high-temperature-resistant transducers are specially optimized. The core components exhibit excellent thermal stability, allowing continuous and stable operation in 120°C environments. This effectively prevents issues such as signal drift and material aging caused by high temperatures, ensuring the continuity and accuracy of flue gas wind speed measurement. Whether for waste heat recovery, environmental emission monitoring, or process control scenarios, these transducers meet the stringent measurement requirements of high-temperature flue ducts.

On the circuit support front, we provide a dedicated ultrasonic transducer development board that serves as a foundational hardware platform for flue gas flow meter R&D. This board supports dual-transducer connection and uses a fixed timing design with transmitter A and receiver B. By accurately measuring the time difference between upstream and downstream ultrasonic propagation, it provides a reliable hardware basis for flue gas wind speed calculation.

It should be noted that this development board is not a finished circuit for flue gas flow meters, but rather a verification and development tool for the R&D stage. Users can modify the circuit based on this platform and adapt it to specific flue duct conditions, significantly shortening development cycles and reducing development costs.
Dayu Electronics has been deeply involved in ultrasonic technology for over 20 years, with full-chain independent R&D capabilities from transducers to hardware. Our products feature stable performance and strong adaptability. If you have needs for high-temperature-resistant transducers or circuit development for flue gas flow measurement, please feel free to contact our technical team. We will provide customized support based on your specific working conditions to help you easily tackle high-temperature flue duct measurement challenges.
