Dayu Electronics Tunnel Anemometer Transducer Peak Voltage Usage Specification
In complex environments such as coal mine tunnels, the stable operation of anemometers is directly related to production safety and equipment lifespan. Recently, many customers have inquired about the peak voltage limit for tunnel anemometer transducers.
Dayu Electronics clearly states: the peak voltage parameter of the transducer is clearly indicated in the product manual. Exceeding this value during use is strictly prohibited, as it will directly cause transducer damage and affect normal equipment operation.

As the core sensing component of an anemometer, the transducer's peak voltage is a critical parameter for ensuring performance and safety.
The peak voltage of each transducer is rigorously tested and calibrated, and the value in the manual represents the hard boundary for safe equipment operation. This parameter is not a mere reference but a mandatory usage red line. Exceeding the peak voltage can cause irreversible damage to the transducer's internal structure due to overvoltage impact, leading to reduced measurement accuracy and signal distortion in mild cases, or directly burning out the transducer in severe cases, resulting in equipment shutdown, data interruption, and even potential safety hazards.

In actual use, some customers, in pursuit of higher sensitivity or longer detection range, arbitrarily increase the driving voltage, which poses significant risks. The voltage withstand capability of a transducer is determined by material properties, structural design, and manufacturing processes. Once the rated peak voltage is exceeded, its insulation performance and mechanical strength will rapidly degrade, and the damage is cumulative. Even if no obvious fault appears in the short term, long-term use will greatly shorten the transducer's lifespan.

For the peak voltage of each transducer, always refer to the corresponding manual. Do not guess, do not make comparisons, and never exceed the specified value. If you cannot find the manual or the model information is unclear, please contact our after-sales technical staff at any time, and we will provide you with accurate parameter confirmation and guidance. Safe usage starts with following the manual.
