The device uses a four-probe layout, with probes arranged in the east, west, south, and north directions to cyclically transmit and receive ultrasonic signals. A complete measurement requires all four probes to finish the transmission and reception process. Thanks to optimized circuit design and efficient signal processing algorithms, one round of measurement by the four probes takes only 20 to 30 milliseconds;
From signal acquisition, amplification, and filtering to time-difference calculation, the entire process is completed within 100 milliseconds.
