Dayu Electronics Successfully Enters the National Finals of the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
Dayu Business News Fuzhou Dayu Electronics successfully entered the national finals of the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition after three rounds of elimination. On September 5, Fujian General Channel sent a crew to shoot a VCR to support Fuzhou Dayu in the national finals!

Mr. Shangguan Mingyu, founder of Dayu Electronics, made the following remarks on this occasion:
With the advancement of Industry 4.0 and the development of IoT technology, the requirements for sensors are becoming higher and the demand is growing. Sensors are the eyes of these technologies—without them, all Industry 4.0 and IoT technologies would be meaningless. Ultrasonic-based sensors are a very important category. In response to market needs, Fuzhou Dayu Electronics has specialized in developing ultrasonic gas flow velocity sensors.
Currently, many gas flow velocity sensors are mechanical. Ultrasonic gas flow velocity sensors offer distinct advantages over mechanical ones.
First: Accuracy does not degrade over time.
Second: Simple principle, compact size, and high precision.
Third: Minimal impact on the gas flow field. In pipeline installations, there is no pressure loss, which reduces the complexity and cost of pipeline construction.
After years of effort, Dayu Electronics has developed several ultrasonic gas flow velocity sensors for use in various products. (Below, we introduce in detail several unique products currently developed.)
First: An ultrasonic sensor with a titanium alloy housing, used in ultrasonic gas flow meters. This sensor primarily addresses pressure resistance and corrosion issues. It can withstand pressures up to 10 MPa and is resistant to any corrosive gas. Compared to international products, our price is only one-tenth of theirs, significantly reducing costs for meter manufacturers.
Second: An ultrasonic sensor used in our wind speed and direction instruments. It features a stainless steel housing, a PVDF radiating surface, and a built-in heating element. This solves the problems of corrosion in coastal environments and icing in northern winters for ultrasonic anemometers.
Third: An ultrasonic sensor used in ventilators. It adopts a fully sealed structure and is made of PVDF, helping our customers solve both easy cleaning and high-speed measurement challenges.
Fourth: An ultrasonic sensor used in household gas meters. It requires low-voltage operation, certain corrosion resistance, and low cost. The operating voltage can be as low as 3.6 V, and it can withstand natural gas corrosion. Moreover, our batch pricing can be below 15 RMB per unit.
As society progresses, many fields such as gas pipelines, wind power generation, and meteorology require a large number of gas flow velocity measurement instruments. Ultrasonic gas flow velocity instruments are certainly among the most important. In the future, the domestic market for ultrasonic gas flow velocity instruments is estimated to be at least 50 billion RMB, with the ultrasonic gas flow velocity sensor market expected to have a market space of 1–2 billion RMB. Fuzhou Dayu Electronics specializes in ultrasonic gas flow velocity sensors and is committed to breaking foreign technology monopolies, providing high-quality sensors and excellent service to domestic ultrasonic gas flow velocity instrument manufacturers.
