Project Overview: This project is a water level monitoring project for the Jianjiang River channel in Pengzhou, Chengdu. To prevent the impact of flood disasters on river bridges, effective measures for monitoring water level alarms and subsequent handling were implemented in advance. Real-time water level monitoring is conducted at a specific section of the Jianjiang River Basin in Pengzhou, Chengdu (located at a bridge position downstream of the hydropower station's sluice gate). The real-time water level data is transmitted to the control room at the bridgehead, where a digital display is used to set high-level alarms. The high-level alarm contact switch outputs to an external audible and visual alarm to remind relevant staff to take timely actions.
Product Selection: Based on the river conditions and the client's requirements, the IP68 Integrated Radar Water Level Gauge manufactured by Fuzhou Dayu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. was selected. The sensor is physically sealed and potted to achieve IP68 protection rating. The integrated cabling is directly connected to the digital display, enabling collection of front-end water level, headroom height, and ambient temperature data.
The IP68 Integrated Radar Water Level Gauge has no local display and is used for water level measurement in rivers. It can be debugged and configured via Bluetooth connection using a mobile phone, with RS485 output. Product parameters are shown in the figure.
